Good coffee is a ritual in the PNW. All of our organic coffee beans sourced from single origins, roasted in small batches in the Pacific Northwest.

Single-origin coffee from Cecanor women-led farmer cooperative in the mountains of Northern Peru — the same region we've sourced our cacao from for years. Washed, medium roast, with a softness we keep coming back to.

The cooperative is about 800 women farmers who pooled their harvests to negotiate directly and empower their communities.

The coffee they produce is exceptional — clean, balanced, with notes of cocoa, apricot, caramel. Pairs well with our coconut creamers.

When will my coffee ship? The Founder's Reserve window is open now through Friday, August 7, 2026. Once it closes, we roast the full batch fresh, rest the beans for optimal flavor, then pack and ship — every preorder goes out the week of August 17, 2026.

Why preorder instead of just buying? This is our first coffee — a small first roast from a single cooperative. Reserving your bag during the Founder's Reserve window guarantees you get one before we sell out, and the preorder price ($17 vs $20) is our way of thanking early supporters.

Is it really fresher this way? Yes. We roast a single fresh batch rather than multiple small runs over weeks. Your bag ships within three weeks of roast date — still well within the peak flavor window for a medium roast.

What if I don't like it? Email orders@treehouseoriginals.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. We stand behind every bag.
