When will my order ship?
We’re open Monday-Friday, 9-5p PST. We are closed on weekends and all major U.S. holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and before 12p PST.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
After a successful checkout, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking number. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive.
Do you offer same-day shipping?

We do offer international shipping, you will be able to view the options during checkout. Any additional customs or duties fees are at the expense of the customer. Treehouse is not liable for any additional fees incurred after shipment.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address?
Do you ship during warm weather or to warmer parts of the country?
Treehouse advises against drinking chocolate deliveries to warmer areas during summer months (generally April through mid-September) or to destinations higher than 70ºF (20ºC).
What are other restricting temperature concerns?
Because out drinking chocolate contains actual chocolate, they are subject to alter from its original form under unstable conditions. We cannot accept responsibility or offer any guarantees as we cannot control temperature conditions.
Note: We cannot process any returns for any tampered / used product.
If your order arrives damaged or different than demonstrated on the website in any way, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days after receiving your purchase. In your email to us, please include a picture showing the damage to the best of your ability. Once confirmed, we will send you a return shipping label to use to return the product.
In the event that your order contains the incorrect product that you had with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after receiving your purchase. In your email to us, please let us know which product was received and which product is missing. Once confirmed, we will send you a return shipping label to use to return the incorrect product. Once received, we will process the incorrect item and send you the correct item for your order.
If you have an issue with your that is not listed above, please contacted us at email@example.com within 7 days after receiving the product. In your email, please describe the issue with the order / product. We will review your return request and get back to you. If approved, you will need to send the unused product back to us. Once the return has been received, we will process your refund.
