Oatmeal Energy Balls

Our protein bars use Treehouse Originals’ new 12oz turmeric oatmeal which is packed with plant-based proteins, whole grains, seeds, and coconut milk and will keep you full and fueled for hours. Just add some sticky nut butter and honey for a chewy texture and additional protein! Like all Treehouse Originals products, our oatmeal doesn’t contain any preservatives or refined sugars and is dairy-free and low-glycemic. Ingredients

 

  • 1 ½ Cups Treehouse Originals Turmeric Oatmeal (Whole Grain Oats, Coconut Milk, Coconut Sugar, Flax Seed, Quinoa, Chia, Sea Salt, Sunflower Kernels, Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder, Pea Protein Powder, Sunflower Seed Protein Powder)
  • ½ Cup Almond Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • ½ Cup Raisins
  • ¼ Cup Water

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well. The batter should be a sticky consistency, so if it’s too wet, you can add some more oatmeal, and if it's too dry, add water. Roll the mixture into balls about one inch in thickness. Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes, so they become firm and chewy, then they are ready to enjoy!
